Dracula
The Archive of the Nameless
The Count has a name. The lives he carries deserve theirs.
Adapted and prepared for publication by Mehmet Gökhan İnce
Original work: Bram Stoker, Dracula. EPOSENA edition: Mehmet Gökhan İnce.
About the book
Journals, letters, medical notes and a ship’s log gather on Mina’s table. Put together, separate terrors reveal a route: the castle holding Jonathan prisoner, the Demeter’s empty bunks, Lucy growing weaker night after night. Dracula leaves more than deaths behind. He carries the memories of the lives he takes.
Then Mina begins remembering cities she has never visited and childhoods she never lived. The unwanted bond offers a way to follow the Count, while threatening the life she recognises as her own. Yet the people crowding her mind cannot remain mere clues. Each was someone before Dracula.
Adapted from Bram Stoker, this full-colour manga places the responsibility of witness inside Gothic horror. The evidence gathered to stop the Count also becomes a means of distinguishing lives that his legend threatens to absorb. Mina must attend to both.
