Data Protection Notice

This notice explains how personal data is handled in connection with the EPOSENA website and project communications under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). These processes are operated under the EPOSENA brand by Mehmet Gökhan İnce, based in Antalya, Türkiye.

Personal data concerned

We may process your full name, email address, phone number, requested service, project notes and any information you voluntarily provide during communications.

Purposes of processing

To receive and assess project enquiries, communicate with users, plan proposals and service delivery, manage pre-contractual and contractual processes, maintain information security and comply with legal obligations.

Collection and legal grounds

Personal data is collected electronically and directly from you through the website form and communication channels you choose. Where processing is directly related to entering into or performing a contract, it may rely on Article 5/2(c) of the KVKK; where necessary for legitimate interests without overriding your fundamental rights and freedoms, it may rely on Article 5/2(f). Where separate consent is legally required for marketing or another activity, consent is requested separately.

Transfers

Where necessary to provide the service, information may be shared with technical infrastructure, hosting, communications and security providers, and with competent authorities where required by law. If a service requires an international transfer, an appropriate transfer mechanism under the KVKK is used.

Your rights under the KVKK

You may exercise the rights available under Article 11 of the KVKK, including requests for information, correction and other rights provided by law, through the EPOSENA website contact/project channel.
