KVKK Notice

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), the data controller is Mehmet Gökhan İnce. EPOSENA website and project communication processes are operated from Antalya, Türkiye.

Personal data

Name, email address, optional phone number, selected service, project notes and information you choose to share in communications may be processed. Limited technical connection and security records may also arise.

Purposes

To receive and assess project/contact enquiries, communicate with you, plan proposals and services, conduct pre-contractual or contractual processes, maintain information security and meet legal obligations.

Collection and legal grounds

Data is collected electronically and directly from you through web forms and communication channels you choose. Processing may rely on KVKK Article 5/2(c) where directly related to establishing or performing a contract, and Article 5/2(f) where necessary for legitimate interests without harming your fundamental rights. Optional Google Analytics 4 measurement operates only after your analytics permission.

Recipients and transfers

Where necessary, data may be shared with FormSubmit for form delivery, email/communication providers, hosting/CDN/security providers, and Google Analytics only when analytics permission is granted. Cloudflare may be used for site infrastructure, security, performance and cookie-free aggregate web analytics. Competent authorities may receive data when legally required.

International services

Infrastructure of providers such as FormSubmit, Google and Cloudflare may be located outside Türkiye. Where an international personal-data transfer occurs, it is handled within the framework of KVKK Article 9 and the applicable secondary rules.

Your rights under KVKK Article 11

You may ask whether your personal data is processed; request information if it is; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; learn recipients in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met; request notification of correction/deletion to recipients; object to an adverse result produced solely through automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
