Privacy

The EPOSENA website and project communication processes are operated by data controller Mehmet Gökhan İnce, based in Antalya, Türkiye. Information you share is used only for necessary and proportionate purposes.

Information we use

We may process your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service and project notes submitted through the project/contact form. Limited technical records may also arise for site security and operation.

Purpose

Information is used to assess your enquiry, contact you, plan proposals and services, maintain site security and meet legal obligations. Any separate processing for marketing purposes requires an appropriate legal basis.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose to allow analytics. If you do not allow analytics, the Google Analytics tag does not load and no Analytics data is sent to Google. Cloudflare Web Analytics may be used for aggregate, cookie-free traffic and performance measurement.

Service providers and transfers

FormSubmit may process form data to deliver your enquiry to our email address. Cloudflare may provide infrastructure, security and performance services. Google Analytics is used only with analytics permission. Your information is not provided to third parties for sale. Data may also be disclosed to competent public authorities where legally required.

Where these providers use infrastructure outside Türkiye and an international transfer occurs, the transfer is considered under the applicable provisions of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law.

Retention and security

Information is retained only for the period required by the enquiry, any resulting service relationship and applicable legal obligations. Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are used.
