Policies & Rights
Copyright & Intellectual Property
EPOSENA treats respect for creative work, source material and intellectual property rights as a core principle of its publishing and production practice.
EPOSENA brand and Originals
Rights in the EPOSENA name, logo, visual identity, original characters, stories, designs, texts and creative work presented as EPOSENA Originals belong to the relevant rights holders unless expressly stated otherwise.
Classics and reinterpretations
For projects based on classic works, public-domain status, translation/adaptation rights and any third-party material are assessed on a project-by-project basis. A source work being in the public domain does not automatically mean that a later translation, image, recording or adaptation is free of separate rights.
Permission and use
Website content, logos, images and creative materials may not be reproduced, commercially used or presented in a way that suggests an unauthorised association with EPOSENA without written permission or a valid licence.
Rights notifications
If you believe that content published by EPOSENA infringes an intellectual property right, you may submit a notice through the website contact channel, clearly identifying the relevant work or content.
